Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the interior design firm. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in the design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable interior design solutions in coordination with the design team.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
• Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
