About Us

TAAF India organizes international cultural exchange programs, including art exhibitions, dance & music performances, sports tournaments, and international tours. We focus on providing global exposure, professional networking, and high-quality experiences for students and professionals in India.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can drive admissions, sponsorships, and partnerships for our international programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, academies, corporates, and individuals) for TAAF’s international cultural and educational programs.

• Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into confirmed participants or sponsors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, institutions, and community groups.

• Pitch sponsorship opportunities to brands and businesses, highlighting exposure and cultural impact.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.

• Attend meetings, presentations, and events to promote TAAF programs.

• Provide timely reporting of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (Education, Events, or Travel industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Comfortable with field sales, institutional visits, and online pitching.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

Pay: ₹10,000.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
