Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support ongoing campaigns, content creation, social media execution, reporting, and coordination across platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the fast-paced world of performance and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Schedule and publish content on social media and track engagement metrics

- Coordinate with designers and content creators for assets and briefs

- Support email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, automation flows)

- Monitor website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis

- Assist in lead generation and nurturing efforts

- Prepare performance reports and campaign insights

Requirements:

- 1/2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count!)

- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics.

- Knowledge regarding platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Canva/Photoshop.

- Handy in curation of Posts, Reels.

- Basic level Video Editing, Advanced/Executive level Graphic Designing.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus

*Bonus if you have:*

- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS

- Design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Figma)

- Video editing or reel creation experience

- Prior work in performance marketing or brand campaigns
