Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into confirmed participants or sponsors. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, institutions, and community groups. Pitch sponsorship opportunities to brands and businesses, highlighting exposure and cultural impact. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals. Attend meetings, presentations, and events to promote TAAF programs. Provide timely reporting of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts. ⸻ Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (Education, Events, or Travel industry preferred).
