Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for residential, commercial, or industrial interiors. You will be involved in project planning, client consultation, space planning, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Prepare design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and layouts. Develop detailed designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes as per project needs. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for procurement and execution. Supervise on-site work to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans. Stay updated on trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices. Prepare and present project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local codes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar. Strong creative and visualization skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential design projects. Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices. Portfolio of completed projects.
