The firm is providing advising services in the field of commercial property investment and now venturing into the residential property segment as the demand in this segment continue to rise. The company act as a one-stop destination and provide personality services to the customers and cater to each and every aspect of their property needs. We need, keeping which in mind we developed our value -added services that go beyond their expectations. Roles and Responsibilities . Ensuring calling in leads /database provided by the organisation. . Handling Customer Delight. . Customer Data base management. . Meeting targets with respect to cold calling, meeting, Site Visits. . Coordination for Documentation and Quotation. . Ensuring retention of customers and further references . Ensuring timely delivery of agreed services to customers Skills Required . Interpersonal skills . Time management . Communication skills . General math skills . Reporting research results . Self-motivated and independent worker . Pleasing but assertive personality . Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills Education and Experience . Bachelor's degree in any discipline [Regular Collage only] . 10th & 12th with above average performance. . Minimum 0-4 years' experience in outbound calling (Sales) process. . Experience in Real Estate / Banking / Luxury products sales is must. . Excellent writing and speaking skills. . Financial Institutes / luxury products sales are must.
