Duties and Responsibilities Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Screening applications based on JDs through core competencies Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability. Hands on Experience on bulk hiring, Volume Hiring, Leadership Hiring Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms. Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Job Qualifications/Skills Required ²  Excellent verbal communication Skills ²  Excellent interpersonal skills ²  Sourcing in job portal and social media platform ²  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite ²  Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder. ²  Sourcing Profile ²  Talent Acquisition Education and Experience v  Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) v  Any Graduation Degree (Only from Reputed institute or University, Regular Course only) v  Should be from Real Estate/ Banking or Financial Services/ BPO v  Past working history required. v  Six months initial internship and then can be offered permanent job, based on performance. v  Salary upto 20 K plus Incentives
