Team Leader Sales Investors Devine is an Investment Advising Real Estate Company and a brokerage firm that acts as a Channel Partner to help Real Estate Developers / Promoters to do direct sales and grow business at higher velocity in an organized manner. The firm is providing advising services in the field of commercial property investments and now venturing into the residential property segment as the demand in this segment continue to rise. The company act as a one-stop destination and provide personalized service to the customers and cater to each and every aspect of their property needs. It is our belief that a property deal is more than just a transaction, it’s the start of a long-term relationship, one which is built on knowledge, trust and transparency. Duties and Responsibilities 1.Team Building, Business Development Strategic, Sales Planning 2 Develop and set revenue sales & marketing strategies for the team and individual 3 Ensure implementation of plans, monitoring the results and achievement of goals. 4.Review sales funnel for each team member and provide guidance to close the deal 5.Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal) 6.Break down weekly/ monthly/quarterly targets of individuals and the entire team. 7.Meet customers on need basis for closure. 8.Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.) 9. Oversee customer experience 10.Ensure Customer Information is updated in the system on real time basis 11. Ensure complete customer documentation. 12. Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. 13. Visiting potential customers for new business. 14. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations. 15. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. 16. Budget planning in respect to sales team and department. 17. Joint Venture/Consortium tie-ups. 18. Responsible for the payment collections. Job Qualifications/Skill · Leadership Skills · Revenue Generation · Team Leading · Strategy formation and implementation · Polite and Assertive · New Client Acquisition · Sales Budgeting · Sales Life Cycle Management · Customer Management ·Lead Management Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or any other field. · Masters degree with any specialization(optional) · Minimum 2-7 years’ experience in Sales and business development. · Experience of working in Target Driven Environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Past Experience in Real Estate Sales is Must. · Experience of Handling Commercial Projects will be given preference. · Team Leader Sales Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or any other field. · Masters degree with any specialization(optional) · Minimum 2-7 years’ experience in Sales and business development. · Experience of working in Target Driven Environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Past Experience in Real Estate Sales is Must. · Experience of Handling Commercial Project will be given preference. · Salary Fixed plus incentive model. · Annual Package 6 to 12 LPA Salary Fixed plus incentive model. · Annual Package 6 to 12 LPA
