Role Overview

We seek an ambitious Sales Executive who is either familiar with AI tools or eager to learn (we provide training). This role combines traditional sales skills with modern AI knowledge to drive revenue for our innovative product portfolio.

Job Description

• Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and research.
• Lead Generation: Generating leads through inbound marketing strategies, such as Google Ads, Linkedin Sales navigator, social media, and email campaigns.
• Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients.
• Closing Deals: Finalizing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Sales Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Follow up with qualified inbound leads and convert them into customers
• Cold Outreach: Execute cold email campaigns and outbound calling for AI product sales
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Customer Success: Gather regular feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Product Demonstration: Present AI solutions to prospects and explain their business value
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales progress
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least 2 AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM Experience: Working knowledge of any CRM platform ( vTiger , Odoo, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
• Communication: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (speaking mandatory)
• Preferred: Strong English writing and presentation skills
• Mindset: Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills
