Job Title: Business Development Executive Salary : Up to 25,000 + Incentives Experience Required: 1-3 years Location : Dwarka Sector 8 New Delhi Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for diagnostic products. * Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and business partners. * Conduct market research to identify potential regions and customer needs. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients. * Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. * Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Green Grapes Diagnostics. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to streamline sales operations. * Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Life sciences or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in business development. * Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade laws, and compliance regulations. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS office. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
