Job Role: Business Development Executive Responsibilities: Sourcing Profiles: Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria. Candidate Engagement: Connect with candidates via phone, email, or messaging platforms to understand their career goals, preferences, and suitability for available opportunities. Convincing Candidates: Persuade candidates to utilize our interview scheduling services by effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition of our offerings. Registration Assistance: Guide candidates through the registration process, ensuring smooth and seamless onboarding onto our platform. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: 2nd PUC or any degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
