Job Summary
Our growing company needs a reliable, well organized and self-Starter Business Development Executive to drive sales of Air Quality Management Software, Noise Modelling Software, Meteorological Data and Custom Software for Business Enablement.
The incumbent must have a strong track record in Software sales, positive attitude, a desire to work as facilitator to team, and have excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and want to explore her/his true potential.
Roles and Responsibilities
§ Business Development & Revenue Growth.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
o Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry events
§ Client Engagement & Relationship Management
§ Deliver high-impact sales presentations, demos, and solution pitches
§ Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation follow-ups closing payment collections.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
§ Analyse sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts and improve results.
§ Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
§ Work closely with in-house technical, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
§ Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Desired Experience
§ Proven 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales in Software Solution Industry with a track record of success in closing B2B deals in custom application development, web/mobile solutions, or enterprise software.
§ Solution Orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
§ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technologies, and service models.

§ Graduate with excellent track record and communication skills.
§ Experience with client management and internal departmental communications
§ Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.

Location: Gurgaon, 85%-90% travelling within and outside NCR.

§ ₹4.0-₹5.0Lakh per annum
o 60% Fixed, 40% Incentive (released based on performance and revenue contribution)
