Management Trainee - Environmental Study

Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparation Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Management Plan Report.

o Carrying out baseline environmental studies.

o Field Investigation and Site visits for primary baseline data collection for EIA reports.

o Preparation of baseline environmental studies report.

o Preparation of Application Forms as per requirement.

o Preparation of Terms of Reference for Environmental & Forest Clearance.

o Preparation of application for Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate.

o Preparation of compliance reports.

o Ensuring quality assurance in the delivery of projects for Management and the Clients.

- Business Development

o Customer acquisition, online/offline reach, product presentation online/offline, resolve product related queries.

o Preparation of techno commercial proposals.

o Preparation of tender documents.

o Responsible for managing end to end execution of a project Procurement of goods and services, formulating fee proposals, tracking budgets and day to day monitoring of execution and providing workable solution to a problem as they arise.

- Scheduling Software Application Training, Coordination with Trainees and Assist Chief Trainer during Online/Offline Training.

- Assessing ways of improving project management Practises in the Organisation.

- Responsible for coordinating the Client meetings to understand the requirements of the environmental monitoring, testing and environmental studies as per MOEF.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

- B.Sc or M.Sc in Environmental Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Env or Civil).

- Freshers. Experienced person working in a related field can also apply.

- Working knowledge of Aermod Cloud, Callpuf, Dhwani, MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point), Outlook, Google Docs

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.

- Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling and adaptability to changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹132,000.00 per year
