Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Responsibility

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Submit reports and forecasts to management as required

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales role (field or inside sales).
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
