Job Responsibility We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads Present and promote products/services to potential clients Negotiate/close deals and handle objections Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Submit reports and forecasts to management as required Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (field or inside sales) Proven track record of successful sales performance Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred) Compensation: Competitive salary + incentives/commission structure Travel and mobile allowances (if applicable) Performance-based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/07/2025
