About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive to join our core team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who wants to grow in the digital space.

Your mission: to bring in new clients, build lasting relationships, and help us expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking.
  • Reach out to potential clients and pitch DIGITALSPHERE's services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and keep a track of pipelines and conversions.
  • Support the team in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Help develop partnerships and strategic alliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Confidence in cold outreach and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Curiosity about the digital space and eagerness to learn new trends and tools.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Internship or freelance experience in a digital agency or SaaS product company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
  • A basic understanding of web, SEO, or social media marketing.

Pay: ₹9,733.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
