Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the digital marketing or IT industry. An IT background is a strong advantage, helping you better understand and pitch our technical solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT company).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their business impact.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IT or technical education/experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, etc.).
  • Previous experience working with international clients is a plus.

Salary: [20k-25k] + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday-WFH)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
