Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at COEQUAL SERVICES, you will have a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company. With 1-2 years of experience, your passion for sales, networking, and relationship-building will be key to your success. You will work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to achieving strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Present company products and services to prospective clients effectively. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities. - Track and report sales activities and progress towards targets. - Stay updated on industry news, competitors, and market changes. - Assist in developing marketing materials and sales collateral. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. - Conduct seminars in colleges. - Manage the end-to-end cycle of student enrollment. - Handle leads from partners such as colleges and student requirement agencies. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. - Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions. - Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Flexibility to travel as required. - Additional language skills may be advantageous, particularly in English and Kannada. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Banaswadi, Bengaluru.,
