Business Development Executive

We are looking for Female Business Development Executive’s responsibility includes generating leads, making sales calls. Understanding the needs of the customer and collaborate with them, evaluate them how our solution benefits them and co-ordinate with them through the decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and preferences, and tailor photography solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our services and offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide timely and professional follow-up to inquiries, quotes, and proposals to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the photography industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
