We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities. Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
