Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Bellendur, Bangalore. Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in customer management and corporate sales. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Develop and deliver corporate sales presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives. Maintain a detailed and updated sales pipeline, reporting regularly on progress. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, customer management, or corporate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.
