Business Development Executive (BDE)

Core responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition: Proactively identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound efforts.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and present solutions.
• Strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
• Sales process management: Guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
• Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align on strategies and ensure cohesive customer engagement.
• Reporting and analysis: Track and analyze sales data to report on performance, identify trends, and forecast future performance.
• Brand representation: Act as a brand ambassador by attending industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company's products and services.

Required knowledge and skills
