Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Service Provider Acquisition Specialist, your role will involve identifying, targeting, and onboarding potential service providers relevant to the app's domain. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a database of potential leads and active service providers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the point of contact between the service providers and the company - Developing long-term partnerships by understanding their needs and ensuring mutual benefit - Persuading service providers to join the platform by highlighting the app's benefits and opportunities - Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with service providers - Researching the market to understand trends, competition, and the needs of service providers - Providing feedback to internal teams for improving onboarding processes and features - Educating service providers on how to use the app effectively for their business - Assisting with onboarding steps like documentation, profile creation, and understanding app functionality - Working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding - Ensuring that service providers meet the app's requirements and standards - Monitoring the performance of onboarded service providers and developing strategies to retain active and high-performing providers - Attending industry events, meetups, or community gatherings to connect with potential service providers - Leveraging offline and online channels for building a strong provider network - Maintaining records of onboarding activities and providing regular updates to senior management - Analyzing onboarding metrics and suggesting improvements to achieve targets efficiently This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
