Job Description

Roles:

  • Service Provider Acquisition:
  • Identify, target, and onboard potential service providers relevant to the app’s domain.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and active service providers.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Act as the point of contact between the service providers and the company.
  • Develop long-term partnerships by understanding their needs and ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Persuade service providers to join the platform, highlighting the app’s benefits and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with service providers.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Research the market to understand trends, competition, and the needs of service providers.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for improving onboarding processes and features.
  • Training and Support:
  • Educate service providers on how to use the app effectively for their business.
  • Assist with onboarding steps like documentation, profile creation, and understanding app functionality.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Communicate the needs and feedback of service providers to improve the app experience.
  • Compliance and Verification:
  • Ensure that service providers meet the app’s requirements and standards.
  • Verify documents and details during the onboarding process.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor the performance of onboarded service providers and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop strategies to retain active and high-performing service providers.
  • Networking and Events:
  • Attend industry events, meetups, or community gatherings to connect with potential service providers.
  • Leverage offline and online channels for building a strong provider network.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain records of onboarding activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and suggest improvements to achieve targets efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
