Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be the face of GoZlot, responsible for driving the initial onboarding and sales conversion of service providers (Hospitals, Salons, Labs, etc.) while building and nurturing long-term, profitable partnerships. This role requires a perfect blend of outbound sales execution and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Approach: Proactively prospect and secure new business partners (Hospitals, Salons, Labs, etc.) via field visits and strategic outreach.
  • Sales Conversion: Apply effective marketing strategies and negotiation skills to achieve acquisition targets and onboard partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with owners and managers.
  • Product Advocacy: Ensure partners successfully adopt and utilize the FREE GoZlot appointment software for operational efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups to drive continuous sales.

Qualifications Snapshot:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in B2B/Field Sales or Relationship Management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
