Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive Timings: Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM) Roles and Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research to identify potential clients. ● Reach out to prospects through various communication channels (phone, email, social media). ● Present and promote our stock market services and research recommendations. ● Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and investment goals. ● Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly. ● Provide guidance and support to customers regarding stock market investments. ● Assist customers with account setup, trading processes, and utilizing our research tools. ● Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. ● Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues. ● Provide personalized investment advice and updates based on market trends and analysis. Skills Required: ● communication skills in English, Hindi, or Any other languages with good proficiency. ● Basic understanding of stock markets and investment principles. ● Excellent sales and negotiation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. ● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Package: 2.4 LPA to 3.5 LPA + Incentive (Based on interview performance) Work Type: Work from Office Eligibility Criteria: Freshers as well as candidates with having 0-2 years of experience. Any graduates (BBA, BCom, BCA, BSc, etc.) Work Location: Koramangala.
