Job Description

Market Research &Lead Generation: Identifying and evaluating potential sales leads through market research, networking, online research, and outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails)

Relationship Building: Master the Art of Relationship Building with prospective and existing clients, parents

Sales &Strategy Development: Developing and executing effective sales strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage complex sales cycles, Negotiate contracts and service agreements. Develop long-term client relationship strategies, Resolve complex business challenges, Strong ability to close complex business deals.

Collaboration & Alignment: Working closely with internal team like marketing and sales. development to align business development goals with company strategy.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, monitoring progress against targets, prepare regular reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
