Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and opportunities through online research, networking, and social media platforms.
• Client Acquisition: Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate products and services, focusing on closing sales deals.
• Market Research: Keep up with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and self-driven to work independently from home.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online tools, CRM software, and social media platforms for lead generation and customer interaction.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
