Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions at industrial and construction sites. The trainer will be responsible for developing workforce skills in electrical systems, control instrumentation, safety practices, and modern technologies, ensuring participants gain both practical and theoretical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site and classroom training programs for technicians, electricians, engineers, and operators. Train participants in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical & instrumentation systems. Provide practical demonstrations on: Electrical wiring, cabling, and panel installation Motor controls, starters, and switchgear operations Instrumentation calibration and loop checking PLC basics and industrial automation (if applicable) Preventive and predictive maintenance Electrical & instrumentation drawings and documentation Ensure compliance with electrical safety, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and statutory regulations .
