Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our Business Development team. This role focuses on coordinating with clients, managing communications, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle client communications via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
· Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documentation.
· Follow up on client requirements and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Support business development initiatives, including client outreach and engagement.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
· Add and maintain leads and customer data in CRM
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
· Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to grow in a client-facing role.
