Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: Services Plus Location: 203, C Block, Sector 63, Noida, Hazratpur Wajidpur, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month (based on interview performance) Job Type: Full-Time About Services Plus Services Plus is a leading consultancy firm offering end-to-end support in regulatory compliance and licensing solutions. We specialize in services including factory licenses, agriculture-based licenses, pollution control NOCs, BIS certification, EPR authorization, FSSAI licensing, and PSARA registration. We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and promote these crucial compliance services to industries and businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and convert potential leads for regulatory and compliance services. - Promote services including: - Factory Licensing - Agriculture-Based Licensing - Pollution NOC (Consent to Establish / Operate) - BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) Certification - EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Compliance - FSSAI Registration and Licensing - PSARA Licensing for Security Agencies - Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate service solutions. - Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records of lead generation, conversion, and client follow-ups. - Keep up to date with changes in industry regulations and compliance standards. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development, preferably in licensing or compliance domains. - Good knowledge of government licensing processes (FSSAI, BIS, PSARA, etc.). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet business targets. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience dealing with regulatory bodies or consultancy services. - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems. - Basic understanding of legal and documentation requirements for licenses.
