**ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES Administrative Support : · Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. · Handle and prioritize correspondence, emails, and phone calls. · Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. · Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital. · Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks. · Conduct research and gather information as required.
