Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on selling products to customers within the specific region. Your job role will require you to travel to find new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers. It is essential to contact all clients and customers to discuss how our products can meet their requirements. Generating new prospects, developing and managing excellent rapport with clients, arranging meetings with clients, and visiting their offices to persuade them to purchase the products offered by our company are key responsibilities. Your main goal will be to increase the company's sales. You will need to provide a brief description or introduction of the products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits available. This includes sending customer codes or any other technical details, following up for new orders, sending samples, and tracking old orders with the dispatch department in the company. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries are part of your daily tasks. Additionally, researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers" requirements and needs is crucial. Your role will also involve developing customers to use the full range of chemical process equipment. Making consultative visits to customers to understand their current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending or demonstrating products or services to help them will be part of your responsibilities. Requirements: - BBA/MBA in Marketing - 0-2 years of experience in Industrial Sales - Good Market Exposure - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Keen to learn new things and high adaptability to a changing environment - Two Wheelers - Willingness to travel in certain areas like Gujarat and Maharashtra This is a full-time, regular/permanent position with a salary dependent on the interview.
