Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for conducting sales calls and persuading potential and current customers to purchase products and services. Your main focus will be on driving sales and closing deals through telephone conversations. Additionally, you will need to maintain a high level of customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct sales calls to describe products and services, persuade customers, and drive sales closure - Educate customers on product offerings and services to enhance their online presence - Follow up with customers to address any issues, provide solutions, and upsell additional products or services - Meet departmental sales goals consistently - Perform data mining to generate leads and convert them into sales - Communicate with customers via call and email to follow up and convert leads into sales - Maintain accurate records of daily sales in the sales tracker - Continuously educate yourself on products to better assist customer calls **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates preferred - Strong communication and verbal skills in Malayalam - Experience with web-based applications and Windows - Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage sensitive client information effectively - Excellent data mining and closing skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities *Please Note:* This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work schedule is from 9 am to 6 pm, day shift, fixed shift, morning shift. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in Malayalam is a requirement.
