Job Summary:

AYKA Care is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid role requires a candidate based in Kota, with the flexibility to work both from our office and remotely. The selected candidate will be instrumental in managing daily operations, coordinating internal processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute daily operational tasks and workflows
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication
  • Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics to drive efficiency
  • Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
  • Maintain and update data using Excel and CRM platforms
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations or business administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and process management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Kota, Rajasthan
