Job Title: General Physician Location: Full-Time, On-Site | AYKA Care Clinic – Kota, Rajasthan Apply at: hr@aykacare.in Role Summary AYKA Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Physician to join our on-site clinic team in Kota, Rajasthan. You will play a vital role in delivering quality, patient-focused healthcare. The ideal candidate will provide accurate diagnoses, develop effective treatment plans, and work closely with our healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of improving community health through accessible, reliable care. Responsibilities Perform detailed patient examinations and record medical histories Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions Prescribe appropriate medications and develop care plans Provide follow-up consultations and adjust treatments as needed Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other staff for integrated care Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living Support and guide nursing staff when needed Qualifications MBBS or equivalent medical degree; Doctorate preferred Valid license to practice medicine in India Experience in General or Family Medicine Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic ability Clear, empathetic communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital systems Contribute to a mission-driven healthcare initiative Be part of a supportive, collaborative clinical team Access opportunities for professional development and growth How to Apply Send your CV to hr@aykacare.in Join us in delivering meaningful care and building healthier communities.
