Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to offer innovative energy-efficient solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
• Identify and approach potential clients across industries.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical or commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Thermal, or related Engineering field.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, HVAC, heat pump, or energy solutions.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes for technical or industrial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the renewable energy or heating industry is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
