Sales & Business Development• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics anddermatology sector.
Drive B2B sales by targeting dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetologists,
trichologists, and aesthetic clinics.• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while consistently expandingthe customer base.• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations topotential clients.• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies for new andexisting products.2. Market Research & Positioning• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to positionArvik Medical Systems as a market leader.• Stay updated on industry advancements, new treatments, and emergingtechnologies in medical aesthetics.• Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies to increasebrand visibility.3. Financial Management & Budgeting• Assist in sales forecasting, revenue projections, and financial planning forbusiness expansion.• Monitor sales performance metrics, revenue growth, and profit margins.• Work with the finance team to optimize pricing strategies for different productsegments.4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients toensure repeat business.• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing client concerns andensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an updated CRM database for tracking leads, interactions, and followups.5. Strategic Expansion & Partnerships• Identify and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the medicalaesthetics industry.• Work with distributors and vendors to expand Arvik Medical Systems marketreach.• Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, andmedical conferences.6. Training & Product Knowledge• Gain in-depth knowledge of Arvik Medical Systems' product portfolio andcommunicate its benefits effectively.• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to demonstrate productusage, efficacy, and benefits.• Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments.Required Qualifications & Skills• Education:Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, LifeSciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.• Experience:1-3 years in sales, business development, or account management (preferablyin medical aesthetics, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector).• Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record in achieving andexceeding sales targets.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, conferences, and trainingsessions.
