Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, tech, and creative domains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and pitch proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with trends in AI tools, social media marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Leonardo, etc.) to generate content ideas, marketing copies, visuals, and pitch decks.
• Support marketing initiatives by creating AI-driven content (reels, posts, emailers, decks, etc.) when required.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, manage leads, and track conversions to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or client servicing (agency background preferred).
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for creative and strategic outputs — content generation, campaign ideas, and visual creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Good command of Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools.
