We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to spearhead lead generation and direct sales initiatives for Verinite’s services within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, a passion for consultative selling, and a track record of exceeding targets. This is a client-facing role that demands experience in deal closure, relationship-building, and leading a team to drive measurable business growth.
· Lead a team of Inside Sales Executives by setting clear goals and KPIs.
· Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure target achievement.
· Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Work closely with marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to execute outreach campaigns.
· Provide market feedback to refine sales messaging and positioning.
· Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Verinite’s go-to-market strategy.
· Accurately log all sales activities and client interactions in Zoho CRM.
Prepare and present regular dashboards to track KPIs such as lead conversion, pipeline health, and closure rates.
