Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, emails, and job boards.
  • Pitch IT consulting services and schedule discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, estimates, and pitch decks.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in an IT services/consulting firm.
  • Understanding of software development, UI/UX design, and tech services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS PowerPoint, and Google Suite.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Middle East).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX, mobile apps, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and creative teams.
