Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and other digital channels—delivering prompt, professional, and helpful responses.
  • Guide prospective clients through the business incorporation process, ensuring a clear, confident, and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with digital campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Support clients post-sale by facilitating a smooth onboarding process and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new leads, building strong and lasting connections.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Diploma).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Relevant internships and academic projects will also be considered.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives or C-suite professionals is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to interpret basic sales and performance data.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
