Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand business in the botanical extracts and
supply chain sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead
generation.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure
seamless delivery of client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market
presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Business Development and Relationship Management.
  • Knowledge of the Botanical Extracts and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
