About the Role:

Agnito Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Create and present compelling business proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets for sales and client acquisition

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT or software services business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and online bidding platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team
