🔹 Proven experience in client acquisition & B2B sales

🔹 Strong network with HR/TA professionals

🔹 Identify and generate new client leads in staffing across various sectors

🔹Understand client hiring requirements and offer customized staffing solution

🔹Follow up with clients for feedback, onboarding, and service satisfaction.

🔹Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the staffing domain

🔹Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting metrics


Key Requirements:


staffing/recruitment industry

🔹Strong network with corporate HRs, especially in IT/ITES, Telecom

🔹Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

🔹Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.

🔹Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
