Company Overview: We are a bookkeeping firm that specializes in helping clients manage their bookkeeping, payroll, and tax submission needs. Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us build a strong sales team and bring in new business. About Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) As the BDE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies that focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our services with existing clients. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: ❖ Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate qualified leads via emails, social selling, networking, events, and other creative channels. ❖ Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize sales techniques, including market research and critical thinking, to close high-value deals and expand our market share. ❖ Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, track progress, and implement best sales practices. Qualifications: βœ“ Bachelor's degree βœ“ Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales in US accounting/KPO , with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. βœ“ Experience in the bookkeeping, accounting industry is preferred. βœ“ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. βœ“ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
