Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, influencer marketing, paid campaigns, content, etc.).
• Understand client needs and present customized digital solutions that align with their brand goals.
• Generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, events, etc.).
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the internal strategy and creative teams to prepare pitches and proposals.
• Manage end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and pitching to closure and onboarding.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients to drive account growth and retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
