Business Development Executive

ADSENGINE MEDIA is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in performance-based marketing solutions. We help businesses grow through strategic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. With a focus on creativity, technology, and measurable outcomes, we deliver impactful digital experiences that boost visibility, engagement, and conversions.

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our Business Development team for Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our digital marketing solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings scheduled by the 

  Tele Sales Department

   and take necessary follow-ups.
• Update all client interactions and meeting details in the 

  CRM system

   regularly.
• Make calls to new clients using the data provided in the 

  CRM

   to generate leads and set appointments.
• Visit at least 

  3 clients daily

   to present and promote digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
• Generate new business leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure proper service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain daily visit and sales reports.
• Travel to 

  outstation locations

   when required for client meetings.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
• Ability to prepare and share reports with the 

  Team Leader

   regularly
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly goals
