Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound leads.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to introduce Actowiz Solutions and its service offerings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for senior sales managers.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Technical) to craft customized proposals and solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead status, communication activities, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in sales campaigns and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (preferably in tech, SaaS, or data services).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
