Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing agency in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing domain, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.) to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and tailor customized digital marketing solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain CRM tools and regularly update sales pipeline and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
